MY PAYMENT WAS TAKEN BUT MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN PROCESSED +

If your order hasn’t been processed but payment has been taken, please allow some time as it may still be undergoing verification.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received an order confirmation, please contact sales@higianna.com with your order details.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER +

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact sales@higianna.com as soon as possible.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER (ADDRESS OR SIZE) +

Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. Please contact sales@higianna.com and we will do our best to assist you.

DO YOU OFFER AN EXCHANGE SERVICE +

If the size doesn’t fit, please email sales@higianna.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Next-day delivery is temporarily unavailable due to warehouse reorganization.

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders are processed the next working day.

Yes. We offer free size replacements. Please contact us with your order number and preferred size.

We currently do not offer student discounts as we already provide discounts on our website.
