What should I do if my order is faulty, missing an item, or contains the wrong item?

Kindly reach out to us at sales@higianna.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

I noticed that my order hasn't been processed, but the payment has already been taken.

If your order hasn’t been processed but payment has been taken, please allow some time as it may be undergoing verification.

If it has been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received an order confirmation, kindly reach out to us at sales@higianna.com with your order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel or amend orders that have not yet been processed. Please contact us at sales@higianna.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Is it possible to modify my order? (e.g., address, size)

Changes can only be made if the order has not been processed yet. Please contact us at sales@higianna.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Do you offer an exchange service?

If the size doesn’t fit, please email us at sales@higianna.com, and we’ll send you a replacement.

All prices on the Website include VAT, but your invoice will show the VAT breakdown. VAT is already included in the displayed price on the website.

Do you offer next-day shipping?

Unfortunately, due to warehouse reorganization, next-day delivery service is temporarily unavailable.

When will I receive my order and how is it sent?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours for weekday orders. Weekend orders are processed and dispatched the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email when your order has been sent from our warehouse.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received it, please check your junk or spam folder.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

What is your return policy?

To ensure eligibility for a refund, please ensure returned items meet the following conditions:

• Unworn and unwashed

• No marks from makeup, fake tan, or body lotions

• All tags attached

• Shoes only tried on indoors with no signs of wear

How long do I have to return?

You have 30 days to return any unwanted items, starting from the day you receive your order.

Yes, you can definitely make an exchange if the item doesn’t fit.

We offer free size replacements—just let us know your order number and the preferred size, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
