PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES +

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from our warehouse.

  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday ship the following Monday or Tuesday
  • Orders placed on holidays begin processing the next business day
  • Processing typically takes 1–3 business days

TRACKING YOUR ORDER +

OUT OF STOCK OR DELAYED ITEMS +

If an item in your order is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via email with further instructions.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS +

Orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages depending on warehouse processing. If you have not received multiple tracking numbers, please contact our support team.

LOST PACKAGES +

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at sales@higianna.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

DELIVERY DELAYS +

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS +

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you may be contacted by email to arrange collection from your local courier station. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.

We currently ship to APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes in the United States and Canada.
